1 General Provisions

1.1 Scope and Application

These Terms apply to all services offered by phfund, including but not limited to live casino games, video slots, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, account management services, deposit and withdrawal processing, bonus programs, and any communications between phfund and registered players. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phfund Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between phfund and its players.

1.2 Regulatory Framework

phfund operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which is the national government agency responsible for authorizing, licensing, and regulating all games of chance, amusement machines, and gaming facilities in the Philippines. All gaming activities conducted through phfund are subject to PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and directives as may be issued from time to time.

1.3 Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is in English. Any translations provided for convenience do not carry legal weight. In the event of a conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a phfund account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phfund, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or game providers;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order under the phfund Responsible Gaming program or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not accessing phfund from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

2.2 Registration Process

To open a phfund account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a valid form of Philippine government-issued identification for KYC purposes. phfund reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phfund operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include: the PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, PRC Professional ID, and COMELEC Voter's ID. phfund may request additional documentation at any time and may restrict account functions pending verification.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered phfund account at any time. Players who are found to have created or operated multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — will have all accounts permanently suspended. All balances across duplicate accounts will be forfeited, including any pending withdrawals or bonus funds. phfund employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations based on device fingerprint, IP address, phone number, identity document, and payment method.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phfund username, password, and two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. phfund will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phfund support immediately.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phfund reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from inactive account balances after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account by completing the standard login and re-verification process.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their phfund account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled. phfund may retain transaction records and identity documents for the periods required by law even after account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

phfund accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the phfund account holder. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be returned. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically credited within 60 seconds.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the phfund account. Players must complete KYC verification before submitting their first withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking days. phfund reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All phfund account balances, transactions, and gaming stakes are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfund does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs that may arise from a player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phfund is subject to the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules, as well as PAGCOR's anti-money laundering framework. phfund monitors all transactions for unusual or suspicious patterns and is required to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.

5 Gameplay & Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on phfund is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules will govern with respect to that specific game.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, phfund reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account balance. phfund is not liable for losses resulting from server failures, network interruptions, or technical issues outside its control. Incomplete game rounds caused by connectivity issues on the player's end will be resolved according to the game provider's standard malfunction procedures.

5.3 Bet Limits

phfund imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and player tier. phfund reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Integrity of Play

All game outcomes on phfund are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for software-based games, or by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) for live dealer games. Live dealer equipment is operated by qualified professionals in controlled studio environments and is subject to independent auditing. phfund strictly prohibits any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated systems (bots) to play games.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by phfund are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry periods — form part of these Terms and are binding on the player upon acceptance of any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering completion — live table games, for example, may contribute a lower percentage than slot games. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

phfund actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusion between players to manipulate bonus completion, placing bets that violate maximum bet rules while a bonus is active, and exploiting any unintended bonus mechanics. Suspected bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Changes

phfund reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players. phfund shall not be liable to any player for the discontinuation of a promotion that was available at the time of the player's account registration.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All phfund players have access to the following responsible gaming controls from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set; increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set notifications or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a session, day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming result.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

During a self-exclusion period, phfund will make reasonable efforts to prevent access to your account and will suppress all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. 7.3 Age Verification and Child Protection

phfund takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The 21+ age restriction is verified at registration through KYC documentation. phfund encourages all adult players to take precautions to prevent minors from accessing their phfund accounts. This includes maintaining strong, unique passwords and logging out fully after each session, particularly on shared or family devices.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfund platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using phfund for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of Philippine AMLA;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with phfund games or services;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit phfund's systems, software, or game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phfund staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel;
• Using the phfund platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Charging back a deposit through a payment provider after using the funds for gaming purposes;
• Allowing a third party to access, operate, or control your phfund account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phfund platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of phfund, its licensors (including Playtech and other game providers), or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phfund content without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use of phfund intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

phfund does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and circumstances beyond phfund's reasonable control (including natural disasters, network outages, or PAGCOR directives) may result in temporary unavailability. phfund will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfund's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phfund shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Player Decisions

All gaming decisions are made by the player at their own risk. phfund does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming activity. The player acknowledges that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may occur. phfund shall not be liable for the outcome of any game or for losses resulting from the player's gaming decisions.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

phfund reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player's account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity; a legal or regulatory authority has directed account restriction; there is a dispute regarding the rightful ownership of the account; or continued account operation poses a risk to phfund, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, phfund may forfeit any balance associated with the account if the balance was derived from fraudulent, prohibited, or unlawful activity. Where termination is not for cause, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of required identity and transaction reviews.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other matter related to your phfund account, you must first contact phfund support via live chat or email to attempt resolution. phfund will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 12.1 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or PAGCOR's administrative dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phfund reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Non-material updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or changes required by regulatory directive — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phfund platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
